JULY 4th.

Tomorrow we celebrate the 4Th of July. With many struggles, our Nation, America was born. We owe all of the rights, choices, freedom, to those souls who recognized that Man should live without containment from other countries. I, think of all our native sons and without their fighting for Independence, we could be under tyranny from our own country as well as other countries. When I, think of the Statue Of Liberty, I cannot forget those immigrants, including my Mother as well as my Grandparents, who came to our Nation because of the freedoms that were infringed upon themselves during WW II. Today, we still recognize our Nation as a symbol of freedom of which we should never take for granted. Happy 4Th of July, Happy Birthday America.

  1. It's amazing to think of all the things that took place in order for America to become the great nation that she is today! Things could have went so much differently.
We most certainly should not take our freedom for granted!

  3. So many things has happened to our nation in the last couple hundred years and I appreciate all the young men who lost their lives so we could be free. My great grandparents came from England.

    Have a great holiday weekend.

  5. I love this holiday because it gives us a wonderful opportunity to truly celebrate all the blessing this country has and to thank all those that help keep it that way...We must never forget to thank God for all we have and work hard to keep free!

  7. My husband's parents were first generation Americans. My family tree can be traced back to a signer of the Declaration of Independence (Josiah Bartlett). It is amazing to look back and see the price that each of them paid to afford us the freedoms that we enjoy today!

  8. We are truly a God Blessed country. So many are trying to change history and take Him out of the picture, but if you really study our founding fathers, their faith in God was paramount in their lives. Because He was put first and so many of His principles for life were followed, I believe we have had His blessings.

You know, I just thought about this, but my Mom was a first generation American and my Dad was second generation, and we were raised to respect the honor of being American. I hope that you had a wonderful Independence Day!
